Monty Inc is a software company building Vow, a native iOS health app where you make a promise your tracker can verify. Keep it, and your money stays yours. Miss a staked vow, and it funds a real charity. Nobody ever wins other people's money.
Our flagship product
Keep it, or good wins.
A whole health app in one place: recovery, sleep, strain, and a biological-age estimate, tracked from the data your watch already collects. Then the part nobody else does. You make a vow the app can verify, and put it on the line.
The landscape is the clock.
A promise, under the North Star.
Money on the line, made to share.
What Vow measures
Vow processes the data your Apple Watch and iPhone collect and turns it into scores you can act on, entirely on the device. Raw health data never leaves your phone.
A daily recovery read from heart-rate variability and resting heart rate, a sleep score from your night's stages, and training strain from every workout, detected automatically even when you forget to hit start.
A wellness estimate of how your body is aging against the calendar, drawn from resting heart rate, HRV, VO2 max, sleep, and activity, then trended over time so you can see it move.
Promise a bedtime, a step count, or a training week. Vow verifies it from your tracker data, never a manual check-in. Keep it and the star stays lit; your streak and season XP grow.
Keep vows together on private leaderboards, and join a themed charity event every week. Your squad votes on the charity its forfeits fund. Every donation is traced from vow to receipt.
The money model
Money vows are commitment contracts, not a betting pool. There is no jackpot and no house edge on your health. The rule is enforced in the database, not just the copy.
Put real money behind a vow through Stripe. A card hold for short vows, a saved method for longer ones. The amount is yours until the vow settles.
Verified from your own tracker data. The hold is released or the charge refunded. Every cent comes straight home. You never receive anyone else's money.
Miss it, and the stake funds the charity your squad chose, minus one disclosed fee. Every disbursement is recorded and shown, cent for cent.
Vow scores are wellness estimates for reflection and motivation, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Engineering
Vow is a full product: a native app, a real backend, a payments and donations pipeline, and a privacy architecture that keeps health data on the device. The disciplines behind it are the company's craft.
The entire app is native Swift and SwiftUI, targeting the latest iOS with strict concurrency. Every screen, chart, and animated scene is drawn from native shapes, no third-party UI kits.
Recovery, sleep, stress, strain, and biological-age models run as transparent, tested heuristics against your personal baseline. Every score is explainable, and none of it is medical advice.
A Stripe integration built for holds, off-session charges, automatic nightly settlement, dispute handling, and cent-exact accounting. Winners are made whole only from their own stake.
Forfeited stakes route to registered charities through a donations provider, with each squad's chosen cause honored and every payout traceable from the vow that funded it.
Raw health data is processed entirely on device and never uploaded. Only the derived scores you choose to share with a squad ever leave the phone. No third-party analytics on health data.
Company
Monty Inc is a software company focused on health and behavior. We think the hard part of wellness was never the tracking, it was the follow-through. So we build tools that turn intentions into commitments people actually keep.
Vow is our flagship, in active development and preparing for its App Store launch. It brings recovery, sleep, strain, and biological age into one place, then adds a mechanic no other health app has: a promise you can put real money behind, where the only way your money leaves you is toward a good cause.
We build in the open with a small, focused team and a long time horizon. If you are a prospective partner, charity, or investor, we would like to hear from you.
